We are honored to serve families and homes within the Waukee Community School District. We offer services to homes north to highway 44, south to Grand Avenue in West Des Moines, East to 60th Street and West to T Avenue.
Fertilizing and Weed Control
We are pleased to offer three packages to fit your families fertilizing needs.
Bronze Package: A five step fertilizer applied every 5-6 weeks beginning in April and ending in November.
Silver Package: The five step fertilizer program plus fall aeration.
Gold Package: A Six step fertilizer treatment applied every 4-5 weeks beginning in April and ending in November. The six step treatment provides higher quality weed control and lawn protection as we service your property more frequently. This package also includes fall aeration.

Aeration and Overseed
Aeration is the process of creating space for air and water to better reach the roots of your turf. It improves soil quality and allows for a thicker lawn with fewer weeds and unwelcome guests. We recommend over-seeding alongside the aeration to create the thick and lush lawn of your dreams.
Christmas Lights
We are pleased to offer this custom home service to our customers each winter season. If this is a service that interests your family, please reach out by September 30th to allow us time to schedule and plan for the winter season as the weather begins to change.
